Niet geweest, dus waardeloos.

We mochten niet komen, omdat ik een fout hade gemaakt bij de reservering. Heb over het hoofd gezien dat ik ergens moest vermelden dat er een hond meeging. Ik had zien staan: honden welkom.

− Service. Even meedenken om een oplossing te vinden. Nu alleen een nee, je mag er niet in en geen geld terug.
