Overall .ok but not great
5.0Location is very central to restaurants and cafes. Space is nice and modern furniture
− When we arrived , found the apartment cold , on messaging , I got a reply that it was at normal room temp and we are unable to set the temp ourselves . I asked if temp could be risen for our stay as we were cold and got no reply. Bathroom tiny and doors for the shower are a disaster and water wasn't very hot. Cleaning needs more attention. Booked apartment for 2 guests , bedding was only supplied for 1 , we had to do the rest ourselves. Oven does not work. In between cushions of couch were filthy with crumbs and dust. Overall a nice apartment but needs more attention to cleaning, heat, appliances and number of guests.

− The sofa bed was completely broken, you couldn’t extend it. The apartment is dark, poorly equipped. Not cozy at all
Viskas gerai, kainos ir kokybės santykis geras, jei tik būtų daugiau dėmesio švarai bute.
8.0Gera lokacija, arti centro, patogu, jog yra nemokamas parkingas, butas erdvus, turi visus patogumus (televizorių, šildytuvą, rankšluosčius, indus ir pnš.).
− Trūko švaros, nors nuomotojas teigė, jog viskas yra labai atsakingai valoma, voratinklių dydis kampuose buvo tikrai bent jau kelių mėnesių senumo, taip pat trupiniai ant sofos, patalynė gal ir išskalbta, nors taip nekvepėjo, bet radau kažkieno plauką ant pačios kaldros, kuris tikrai buvo ne mano, nes į butą buvau katik įėjus ir tik ruošiau lovą nakčiai, o ir spalva ne mano plaukų.

− Apartamentai užsakyti 3 žmonėm, o nakvynė paruošta 1. Patalus 2 žmonėm teko patiems susiruošti. Šiuo klausimu turėjo susisiekti su mumis ir pasiteirauti ar reikia paruošti kitiems asmenims patalynę. Šildymas spalio mėn buvo neįjungtas, vėl teko patiems viską reguliuoti. Visais klausimais komunikacija vyko greitai ir aiškiai
