This is a farmhouse, kitchen was well stocked with plates and platters etc. Large fridge and freezer. Ample space, nice clean pool, clean and well looked after bedding. The beds are super comfortable.. even has a penthouse bedroom with two balconies. BBQ provided (gas) it works, and they provided gas for us, too A toilet and shower on every floor, even street parking on a very quiet road. There is plenty of hot water for all of us Didn't hear a thing in 3 days.. how anyone complained about this place I don't know!

− Water pressure is just a little low, so we had to stager our showers, but because of the size of the farmhouse, im not surprised. This place is huge! I got lost a few times.. we Marco polo to find each other.. 🤣 We will be booking next year for sure :)

The location was good, house was easy to find. Very quiet area.

− - Very few amenities provided. The kitchen had only 1 very heavily used, dirty sponge and not enough pots and pans for the amount of people who can stay (8 people). The utensils, bowls, plates and cookware were also in poor condition, dirty, and/or cracked, and the kitchen faucet was broken and had taped wrapped around it to prevent it from spraying. - The water heating is effectively non-existent, we were able to have only cold or sometimes mildly lukewarm showers. - The pool was not correctly chlorinated and the pool area was very dirty, along with a dirty, heavily rusted BBQ and multiple broken chairs. - The TV remote did not work at all. - Pillows and bedsheets were all dirty or stained. - Some of the AC remotes did not have batteries.

Horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend.

Sannat area is very nice, quiet and relaxing.

− First of all the owner wanted to cancel our stay just weeks before checking in, whilst we had booked it 5 months in advance. We had to have the booking.com agents involved to solve the issue. Once you enter the place, they ask for a €200 damages deposit which you have to pay upon arrival, which is nowhere mentioned in booking.com. The farmhouse’s furniture and kitchen equipment is at a very cheap and dirty state, almost like they haven’t been used in months. We had to wash everything as dust was all over. There is a TV in the kitchen but with no decoder or batteries in the remote, which is very strange. Having a TV with channels and a working remote is the bare minimum of basic necessities in a place. All toilets had only 1 toilet paper roll for the 3 nights that we stayed (and some had half-used rolls). Tea towels too, only 1 is provided in the kitchen. When contacting the owner about this, he simply said “go buy some yourself”, which is extremely rude, considering the expensive price we paid. Same goes for towels, only 2 per room were given. Asked the owner about this too, but he didn’t have the balls to even reply! This is pure cheapskate. The towels provided, funnily enough, do not serve their purpose as they make you wetter than you were before. All bathrooms did not have hand soap, again a very basic necessity, and one of the shower handles was damaged. Most probably all of the above negligences mentioned were done on purpose by the owner since he wanted to cancel our stay and we stood our ground and got the booking.com agents involved. The Wi-Fi is terrible, we spent a weekend using our own mobile data as it only works in the 2 sqm where the router is located. Some bed sheets had stains on them too, disgusting. Farmhouse is extremely cold, A/Cs work fine but are only available in the bedrooms. In the kitchen it was very very cold. Cannot comment on the pool and pool area as we did not use them.
