7.0It enabled me to be in Estância Velha without having to drive back and forth. I needed a place to sleep and shower, and I got this at a fair price.
− There are severals rooms separated by very thin walls, so whatever the others guests are doing, you can hear it. As long as the other guests follow the house rules about quiet hours this shouldn't be a problem.

7.0Boa tarde, ficamos satisfeitos, fomos bem recepcionados, cama confortável, banheiro limpo e tudo funcionando direitinho, utensílios domésticos que estavam a disposição supriram as necessidades.
− Pontos que incomodou um pouco foi o fato de não estar descrito no site que o banheiro é separado do quarto, outro ponto é quanto a iluminação do quanto quando desliga a lâmpada permanece acessa ( bem fraca ) e tem alguns pontos de luz que vem do quarto ao lado.
