Le logement est spacieux

− Tous les dysfonctionnements liés à un bien mal entretenu. Les photos ne sont plus d'actualité. Poignée de porte cassée, seconde baie vitrée qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir, une clim défectueuse et l'autre qui ne fonctionne pas du tout, absence d'ampoules dans plusieurs luminaires, pas de branchement pour la plancha, placards de cuisine cassés, pas de parking a proximité a part le seul de la commune a 80 euros par jour, terrasse salle, parasol cassé, transats abîmés....et aucune réponse du propriétaire ou de booking malgré tous les commentaires négatifs précédents et mes demandes par téléphone ou par mail

Great location and terrace

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We could not stay in the home because the electricity was out upon arrival and the owner refused to send a maintenance person to repair the problem. Without electricity there were no lights, no HVAC, no WiFi, could not charge phones and the refrigerator and other appliances were inoperable. It was a health and safety issue and the home was uninhabitable.

− The property manager was particularly rude and dismissive. We went through the trouble shoot steps of resetting the electrical panel and it continued to trip and power would only stay on for about 5 seconds. We spent over two hours attempting to get the electrical panel to function and made multiple calls to the property manager for assistance that all went unanswered. When we texted and asked him to send an electrician or maintenance person to correct the problem his response was "I am not your assistant" and made no further attempts to restore power to the property. We asked booking.com for a refund as we were forced to find suitable accommodation and the host told Booking that we were being dishonest about the situation and just wanted a free stay, dispite the multiple videos, photos and screenshots that were shared with the property manager and Booking.com help center. All communication was time stamped and stayed on the Booking.com chat center as suggested by the platform. By 6:00 we left the property and checked in to the Eight Hotel. If you'd like to spend your money with a great host with exceptional hospitality, we highly recommend the Eight Hotel in Portofino who graciously took us in when we needed safe lodging at the last minute.

Location

− The apartment location was good, however my experience after checkout was very disappointing. After my stay, the property requested €400 for alleged damage involving a lamp and a door handle. I disputed this claim because the door handle appeared to be already loose during my stay, and I did not leave any broken lamp in the apartment. The evidence provided consisted of photos taken by the cleaning team after checkout, which in my opinion did not clearly establish responsibility. What concerned me most was the tone of the communication afterward, including references to police and future problems when traveling to Italy. I found this inappropriate for a disputed property damage matter. Future guests should carefully document the condition of the apartment at check-in and check-out.
