Location was good and everything was neat, tidy and working. Communication was clear.

− The lock on the back door (patio side) handle didn't work (needs to be looked at) and the door handle on the front door, on the outside is loose and came off. I had to put it back together. So would recommend maintenance on the door handles.

The Host not helpful. We complaint about the safe not opening. The WI fi was not paid for but he said it was a network but other rooms had network. I will never ever book at Brookes Hills I waisted my money.

− The room over flooded but the host was not helpful we had to pay for transport to move to another accommodation which was very far for the initial place that I wanted. Ethan was very rude.

Beautiful set up Convenient Close to the beach and boardwalk mall

− On my first night I couldn’t sleep Actually I couldn’t even take a nap during the day the blanket smelled like someone else had used them Literally did I know that even the sheets were dirty they were stained and soiled and yet they were white and the pillow smelled like someone was sleeping on it I had to go by myself linen to make sure that I’m able to sleep on my first night And then I requested that they come and fix my situation in the morning to reach they told me they only start work late given this the urgency of the matter they still didn’t come in the morning we agreed at a later time because I didn’t trust them anymore so I couldn’t give them access to the place And when they came the situation was still unresolved the sheets that they brought was too dirty and I was telling the lady that was helping that they were visibly stained and she said it was an issue with the laundromat they are recent service provider was difficult person and wasn’t giving the best services so I was not impressed
