The property was run down and the unit was FIFTHY!

Location very central

− DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY - property was run down, broken wall scones, broken outlet covers, no lights in stairwell until well past dark, residents keep parking in our designated parking spot. The UNIT FIFTHY - no extra paper towel and quarter a roll left, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper which I found under the filthy kitchen sink, the bathtub & sinks hadn’t been cleaned in at least a year the soap scum was thick, the fixture were also covered in soap scum, hand soap dispenser toothbrush holder doors light switches all FIFTHY. Stove, Kitchen counters shelves NOTHING had been cleaned - except the bedsheets (dear lord please) and towels maybe? Towels smelt bad and were thin, 2 pillows per bed think blanket, scarce plates & cutlery but loads of take away cutlery packages - I could go on but I hope this gives you a picture.

The apartment was a good size & clean.The arrea was great.

− Did not like the fact that there was no elevator. The bed downstairs had small like ants on the sheet. The living room walls were dusty by the lamp. Small little ants by the sink in the bathroom. No TV in the bedroom on main floor. Bought fruits the next morning Small like Ants was on the fruits & kitchen counter. There should of been a long mirror in the bedroom on main floor. More hangers in the closet. There were only 4. The dresser is old. All you need is a chest of drawers then you could put a TV on the wall.

The location was ok

− I arrived at the property and they weren’t able to swipe my card, they only accept cash or bank transfers, which I wasn’t told prior, bathrooms were outdated, while using kitchen sink it fell out, I also book the full apartment and on check out I was told that should have only used one room and should be charged extra, my brother came to visit and the host assumed that he stay and
