Exceptional
10.0The Retreat is small but perfectly laid out and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The bed is comfy, the shower is good and the location is peaceful. Claire is very friendly and the perfect host. Loved the extra touches, like fresh milk in the fridge and tea, coffee, cereals and biscuits provided. Also liked that there was parking available on the driveway. We arrived on a cold day and loved that the room was warm from the underfloor heating on arrival.
Excellent place to stay with everything nearby.
9.0There was beverages, cereal and biscuits provided. The hosts were very friendly and kind. The room was kept at 23 degrees before we arrived and kept at that temperature through out our stay. It was lovely.
− The mattress was a bit on the soft side for us but this didn't spoil our stay.

10.0Very comfy accommodation. Quite compact but had everything you need. Lovely touch leaving little cereals and milk to be used. Bed very comfortable so slept well and nice and quiet. Lovely hosts who left you to it but on hand if required. Definitely recommend a stay
