9.0Beautiful apartment in a quiet area, but within walking distance from Ashbourne. Had everything you need for a lovely stay. Location is great for Emerald Park as well. Owner was very prompt to fix a problem with the hot water when I texted him, was at the door in literally 2 minutes. While it's a lovely apartment, it would not be suitable to elderly or very young babies, as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no lift. Towels were plentiful and good size and quality 👌🏻
− Little thing's would make this property outstanding. We had a worn out sponge and cloth for cleaning kitchen surfaces during our stay. Toothbrush holder's were used in both bathrooms. I dishwashed these on departure and just used clean glasses for holding toothbrushes during our stay.. These are tiny things to complain about, BUT it only cost's a €1 to leave a new dishcloth and sponge for wiping counters for each client.
