Practical apartment for Berlin if you plan to be out and about
7.0Great location, good value for money. It is very close to a Tram stop, grocery stores and more. For a group of 4 ( 1 parent with 3 teens between 16-20) it was a tight fit, but completely doable, since the apartment was really just our 'base camp'.
− The coffee machine didn't work - the 'Clean' light kept blinking. The volume button on the remote of the TV didn't work - so the TV was useless to us.
Reparaturbedürftig, aber sonst OK für eine Städtetrip
6.0Gute Ausstattung: Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Haltestellen von Bus, Straßen- und U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke.
− Der allgemeine Pflegezustand der Wohnung war nicht so überzeugend! Es reicht nicht aus, nach dem Aufenthalt nur ein Reinigungssteam in die Wohnung schicken. Es müssen auch mal die erforderliche Reparaturen erledigt werden. Wir haben nach Betreten der Wohnung die Klobrille festgeschraubt, die Badezimmerfenstermechanik eingeklinkt, die Treppenstufen zur Galerie festgeschraubt (die Schrauben standen z.T. 5mm hervor - die Stufen wackelten schon), es sind blanke Telefondosen sichtbar. Batterien von Klimaanlage und Küchenuhr fehlen bzw. sind leer. Die Matratzen des Schlafsofas haben eine unbequemen Übergang, wo die Matratze geklappt wird. Die Badezimmertür lässt sich nur sehr schwer schließen, da der Fliesenboden zu weit in die Türzarge hineinreicht, bzw. es versäumt wurde die Tür entsprechend zu kürzen - kein Wunder das dann ständig die Klinke kaputt geht (siehe vorherige Rezensionen)

Pflegemittel + Nähe U-Bahn, Bus (5 Min. Fußweg) + Nähe Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) + Nähe zu kostenloser Parkzone bzw. Parkplätze auf der Straße (ca. 1-2 km)
− - Wohnung mit Straßenzugang (ehemaliges Geschäftslokal) - Eingangstür ohne zusätzliche Sperrmöglichkeit zur nächtlichen Sicherung - mangelhafte Sauberkeit in Wohnraum (Staub, Spinnweben etc.) und Küche (Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc.) - die Wohnung ist für Allergiker NICHT geeignet - Rauchgestank in der Wohnung - Zigarettenstummeln am Fensterbrett - in Dusche sehr schwacher Wasserdruck (Tröpferlbad) - um 18:00 Uhr kein warmes Wasser mehr nach zwei Minuten duschen - Waschbecken Abfluss verstopft - unangekündigte Kaution bei Check-In (man hat das Gefühl, dass die Kaution bloß als Zuverdienst verwendet wird und nicht ins Apartment investiert wird) - Bewertungsaufforderung noch vor Check-Out - Werbung für die nächste Buchung außerhalb der gesicherten Booking-Plattform
