My weekend at Riverview pool resort
7.0The service by the staff was excellent. The lodge seems to be new with a potential for growth. Parking free and safe. The staff and owners are friendly.
− Disappointed that the rooms don't have a sink and tap. Had to prepare tea with water from the basin in the shower room/toilet. The quality of of the toilet paper was bad. Rooms very cold with no heater system. Just provided with the fan in winter. The accommodation will suit best in summer. It'll be best if the owner installs sink and tap for use in the rooms and get a better quality of toilet paper. Again, no shower gels or bath soaps in the shower rooms. No towels in the shower rooms.

− The noise from the next room. One could hear people talking from next room because the rooms are not wall separated at the wall and the walls are not sound proof. There were spider webs on the walls and some spiders crawling on the walls

− I had to wait at the gate for 30 minutes because nobody was there to open for us,their breakfast is also small, it doesn't worth R100.00 Wifi connection is bad and TV was not working
