− Séjour très décevant. À mon arrivée, impossible d’accéder au logement et aucune réponse du propriétaire malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact (messages et appels). Je me suis retrouvé sans solution sur place et ai dû me reloger en urgence. Le propriétaire ne m’a rappelé que tardivement, et de très mauvaise foi, après intervention de Booking, ce qui ne m’a pas permis d’honorer la réservation. Point positif : le remboursement a finalement été accepté. Je recommande toutefois de bien s’assurer de la disponibilité et de la réactivité de l’hôte avant de réserver.
