O quarto é grande, confortável e muito bem decorado. A localização é interessante porque está no topo de um planalto. A privacidade do quarto é um ponto positivo.

− O serviço poderia ser melhor. A unica forma de comunicação com os anfitriões é pelo whatsapp e na primeira tentativa de contato tivemos que esperar mais de 1,5 h para uma resposta. Na chegada à unidade, o clima estava frio e a unidade muito gelada. Uma sugestão seria que a lareira fosse acesa e o ar condicionado quente estivesse ligado para que o cliente fosse melhor recebido. Chegamos exatamente no horário marcado. No café da manhã do primeiro dia recebemos dois envelopes de café com leite solúvel... seria muito melhor receber duas capsulas de café já que a unidade conta com uma cafeteira. Também indicamos que a unidade poderia ter alguns sachês de chá, já que o comércio mais perto fica a mais de 25 minutos da pousada. A experiência com a limpeza foi ruim porque ao tentarmos usar a banheira do quarto, ao ligar a bomba, fomos jateados com um esgoto com limo que estava armazenado no sistema da bomba que não havia sido higienizada.

Cama confortável e cozinha bem equipada. Cabana muito bonita no geral.

− Aqui quero relatar a experiência desde o dia que cheguei. Pra começar não funcionava o chuveiro, não saía água pq pegou ar na tubulação, não conseguia tomar banho. O segundo detalhe vai para o café da manhã. Para uma hospedagem que se diz “de luxo” servir café com leite instantâneo e margarina ao invés de manteiga (reconheço margarina esteja ela em qualquer recipiente) passa muito longe do nível que deveria ser. Outra coisa, éramos um casal e mandaram uma porção de ovos, tive que pedir uma segunda porção e que fizessem pelo menos um café convencional para nos mandar. Já me hospedei em muitas cabanas de luxo e esta é bem longe de ser uma! Outra questão é o horário do café. Caso se hospede lá, não marque nenhuma atividade antes das 10h na cidade pq o café só chega depois das 9h. No segundo dia caiu uma chuva muito forte e os funcionários tiveram problemas para chegar. Ok, eu entendo. Mas não recebemos nenhum aviso da recepção sobre a situação. Nos informaram após muito tempo quando perguntamos pelo café. Bom, chega de relatar a péssima experiência que tivemos. O que salvou a viagem mesmo foram os passeios que fizemos pq a hospedagem deixou muito a desejar pelo nível da propaganda que fazem aqui.
