Saya sangat senang dengan bangunan villa dan halamannya yang luas. Setiap ruangan di villa tidak sempit dan sangat lega seperti kamar tidur, kamar mandi, ruang tengah, hingga dapur. Halamannya pun sangat luas, ada tempat api unggun, gazebo, kolam renang, basket, tempat main anak, billiyard, dan tenis meja. Menginap di Royal Hill villa sangat cocok untuk tempat peristirahatan dari keributan ibukota. Pemandangan yang didapat dari villa pun sangat indah. Villa ini memiliki heated swimming pool, sehingga kolam renangnya memiliki air hangat di tengah cuaca yang dingin. Poin plus dari villa ini adalah tidak adanya serangga kecil (seperti semut) baik di dalam maupun outdoor area. Villa sangat bersih dan lengkap, memiliki kualitas seperti hotel bintang 5, dengan kelengkapan seperti di rumah. Peralatan dapurnya sangat lengkap, seperti panci2, piring, mangkok, gelas, alat makan, alat masak, sudah disediakan dengan jumlah yang banyak. Kulkas dari villa ini pun besar (sekitar 600-700 liter), cukup untuk kapasitas menyimpan stock makanan yang banyak. Terdapat microwave yang dapat digunakan untuk memanaskan makanan secara cepat, dan juga toaster untuk memanggang roti. Villa memiliki outdoor eating area (lebih baik ditanyakan informasinya kepada admin dulu jika ingin menggunakannya), dan outdoor eating area ini sangat cocok digunakan untuk makan malam. Kemarin kami menggunakan BBQ grill di outdoor eating area ini, menikmati udara dingin puncak sambil makan BBQ, makanan jadi berasa 2x lipat lebih enak. Semuanya dirancang dengan sangat baik, seperti adanya atap agar tidak terkena hujan, sampai adanya tirai di samping juga. Vila ini memiliki fasilitas karaoke yang memiliki sound system serta ketersediaan lagu yang banyak dan lengkap. Setiap kamar juga dilengkapi dengan smart TV dan juga AC. Lokasi villa dekat dengan taman safari, sehingga tidak perlu bermacet-macet dalam perjalanan.
