Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain/ Keller und ist auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl.

− Leider weist sie an mehreren Stellen deutliche, augenscheinlich schon länger bestehende Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmelschäden auf, welche dringend behoben werden müssen; sämtliche Klamotten kamen zu Hause klamm aus meinem Koffer. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass nach meiner Beschwerde eine teilweise Erstattung angeboten wurde. Aufgrund des Zustands der Wohnung kann ich die Unterkunft derzeit nicht empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung, leider sehr feucht und schimmelig.

Tolle Lage, wir konnten mit dem Kinderwagen direkt ins Feld. Etwas abseits im Grünen - für uns super. Große Wohnung, gute Aufteilung, gute Ausstattung!

− Leider sind die Räume / Wände sehr feucht. Wir hatten wegen unserem Baby ein Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeitsmesser mit: über 70% Luftfeuchtigkeit begünstigt die Schimmelbildung. Schimmel ist zu riechen und zu sehen.

− Der Eingang war nicht leicht zu finden. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Parkplatz brauchen eine besser Beschilderung

Gut geschnittene, mit Liebe eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

− Anreise mit Auto von Vorteil, Wohnung liegt abseits vom Zentrum (ziemliche Steigung)
