Cosy apartment with your own Sicilian style balcony where you can hang out your laundry to dry. All kinds of shops nearby, train station and beach within walkable distance, very friendly local people. Very comfortable bed.

− There could have been a few more bowels in the kitchen.

− Не рекомендую!!!! Забронировали жилье на три дня, нас не заселили в забронированный номер с балконом в первый день, предложили завтра переехать в наш номер, а сегодня предложили номер на первом этаже без окон , мы согласились, были с дороги уставшие, предложенный номер был очень старый и без ремонта, полотенца были не утюжены, осмотрев кровать мы легли сразу спать, ночью проснувшись в туалет я обнаружила большого таракана 3-4 см, сняла фото, отправила владельцу,ночь была бессонной, к утру были обнаружены муравьи и пауки, сообщила владельцу, что такое жилье не приемлемо и чтобы мне показали сначала номер на переселение, отказ,написала и отправила фото насекомых и грязных мест , и что мы отказываемся от заселения из-за антисанитарии жилья и хотим вернуть оплату за несоответствие, мне было предложено извиниться перед ними, что назвала номер грязным, а то что напишу в службу Букинга было принято как угроза. Была предложена скидка 20€!!! Мы выселились ! Владелец опять предлагал переселение, но это уже мне казалось небезопасным. Отвратительно все!!!

Male mieszkanko w fajnej okolicy.

Mieszkanie w fajnym stylu z super tarasikiem. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem (wysiadały nam korki jednego dnia,po upływie 1 godziny od zgłoszenia problem został rozwiązany) Self checking. Parking pod oknem na ulicy. Szczęśliwym trafem zawsze było miejsce. Okolica spokojna, no chyba że komuś przeszkadza obecność kościoła. Dobra baza wypadowa do Palermo i okolic. W okolicy Bar IL Castello, który polecam odwiedzić.

− Nie spotkałam się jeszcze z koniecznością meldowania 3 dni przed przyjazdem. Do tego wymagane były zdjęcia z dokumentem przy twarzy. Może to nie minus ale uprzedzam że obiekt tak melduje. W linku do meldowania była też informacja że należy po sobie posprzątać tj umyć naczynia. Inaczej zostanie nałożona opłata 50€ niby normalne ale jeśli chodzi o czystość to wymaga ona poprawienia. W kuchni panował względny porządek ale wszystko co trzeba było użyć by przygotować posiłku wymagało umycia lub wyglądało na bardzo zużyte. We wnęce, która była szafą było spoko kurzu. Prysznic dla większych osób może być wyzwaniem. Brak półek, a sięganie czegokolwiek z pod nóg wymaga otwierania drzwi. Brodzik miał może 60cm/60cm. Mimo to obiekt godny polecenia na 2-3 noce.
