Terrible night sleep on poor mattress

The hosts were very good but the mattresses very very poor. We had NO hot water and the power in the unit tripped off. After half an hour of trying to contact them (10.30 pm), they came to rectify the problems. He was very apologetic for the situation and had the power restored and the hot water boiler back on.

− The mattresses need replacing. The unit is large and very clean.
