10.0It’s a very well maintained, clean and fantastic property. Food was awesome. Swimming pools were clean. Will be visiting again soon.
− The staff quality and service needs a bit improvement. Maybe due to workload and occasion, the staff was busy.

9.0The serenity of the place. Attentive staff. Overall cleanliness of the resort.
− Only thing that needs mentioning for information of the owners, is that the size of the commode was not suitable for adults. Secondly the cupboard was big but there was no provision for hanging clothes.If the cupboard had a rod with hangers it would be useful. Information of Wi-Fi password and intercom should be provided at check in or preferably information pamphlet should be available in the room.
