10.0We liked the places to sit outside back and front. We liked our little stream, especially when it rose very quickly after a thunderstorm. We were safe and sound.

8.0The only disappointment I had was the hot tub was not hot. Not warm. Cold. Everything else was great. Friendly owner, clean, comfortable.

10.0We loved everything about this property. It is in a good location between Manitou and Colorado Springs, the two bedroom unit with full kitchen was clean and spacious, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It is located very near the Garden of the Gods, and all other attractions. We recommend it to others, and we would plan to stay there again if we are back in that area.

10.0This place is great! Lots to do at the property and in the area, but quiet and laid back. Staff was fabulous, rooms clean and comfortable, outdoor areas relaxing. I will definitely be back!
