− Il soggiorno presso questa struttura non è iniziato secondo i migliori auspici.Sbrigativo check in senza alcuna indicazione di nulla!Reception inesistente(non sono indicati gli orari in cui trovare qualcuno o un recapito eventuale da contattare) nei giorni successivi max difficoltà nell'interagire, per problematiche in appartamento .Appartamento (108) per 6 persone senza patio ne balcone, solo piccole finestrelle con zanzariere, ma davanzali pieni di escrementi di volatili. Collocato al primo piano, con invasione assurda di mosche nel vano scale.Malfunzionamento split condizionatore che perdeva acqua dall'alto! Per tutto il soggiorno.Pulizia abbastanza insufficiente specie negli spazi esterni, mal curati, trascurati, Cumuli di vecchie avvolgibili e cartoni accatastati, cumuli di rifiuti da vegetazione nel parcheggio auto.Buio assoluto di sera/ notte per tornare in struttura dal park.Piscina grande, ma senza ombrelloni, poche sedute e non presidiata.Mancanza di accessori per pulizia in cucina.Caffettiera Non idonea a piano induzione!Pattumelle per raccolta differenziata- tutte in casa- nel soggiorno dove dormivano due persone!La struttura ha tantissimo potenziale. Ma nelle condizioni in cui l'abbiamo vissuta non può essere consigliata, nel tanto meno risultare disponibile al soggiirno. Lontana dal centro, zona senza alcuna attività.Neanche una bottiglia è stata fatto trovare in Frigo!!Mancanza totale di referenti in strutturaManca la cura, l'attenzione al cliente, e ..... i dettagli fanno la differenza!

8.0Appartement grand et confortable dans une résidence spacieuse,piscine agréable avec vue sur les montagnes, environnement magnifique et à 2 pas de castellamare del golfo. Point de chute idéal pour Zingaro, Erice, Segeste. Idéal pour les familles.
− Il manquait peut-être quelques accessoires pour la cuisine, par exemple des bols pour le petit déjeuner pour les enfants.

Aria condizionata non funzionante area esterna con buio totale.
6.0La piscina è il giardino
− L'aria condizionata funzionava male si continuava a spegnere più di cinque volte durante la notte. L'illuminazione esterna per tutta la durata del soggiorno era spenta con rischio di inciampo e timore di trovarsi estranei all'interno della struttura visto che il cancello rimaneva aperto. Il nostro appartamento era privo fi balconi anche se richiesti esplicitamente presentava piccole finestre con poca luce naturale nei davanzali vi erano escrementi di piccione.
Tutto perfetto, solo che con una temperatura di 40 gradi, mi sarei aspettato una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo. Invece no
