Poor service, not honest and poor
1.0When I had to check in they told me that they are fully booked for the entire year but my booking went through and payment went through. When I requested a refund they were not answering my calls anymore.
− It’s not a guest house , I was told that they placed NSFAS students in the accommodation when I was about to check in.
Struggled to get alternative accommodation and I still need to get my refund from you.
1.0− When I got there they told me they have cancelled all booking till next year two weeks ago. I must ask for my refund from Booking .com. had to look for alternative accommodation.
