7.0Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, besonders für einen Aufenthalt am Bodensee. Die Umgebung ist schön und die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und sie war sauber und ordentlich.
− Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. In der Wohnung war es sehr stickig und die Luft war schlecht, obwohl es draußen nicht heiß war. Es war kaum möglich, richtig zu lüften, weil sich direkt in der Nähe ein Bahnübergang befindet. Die Signaltöne der Bahn waren ungefähr alle fünf Minuten zu hören – auch nachts. Deshalb war es leider unmöglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da die Geräusche einen erholsamen Schlaf verhindert haben. Für die Sommermonate würde ich dem Vermieter empfehlen, eine Klimaanlage anzuschaffen. Ich denke, das wäre für diese Unterkunft wirklich wichtig, da es sonst sehr warm und unangenehm in der Wohnung werden kann. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Der größte Nachteil war jedoch der schlechte Schlaf durch die stickige Luft, die Geräusche vom Bahnübergang und das sehr unbequeme Schrankbett, das außerdem stark quietscht
Alles wunderbar! Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann nach Lindau Altstadt zu Fuß gehen.

7.0Loved the location & spaciousness of the apartment & handy car parking space. Friendly host & easy check-in/out. Nice balcony to sit out on. Lovely neighbours (but personally I feel a little uncomfortable staying in a residential building when on holiday)
− Really needs at least 1 proper bed with bedside table- a sofa bed really isn't a comfortable sleep & then there was nowhere to sit in the livingroom with the bed made up & there's plenty of space for a permanent bed. Also it was stifling hot during the night so definitely needs a fan or something put in place to try circulate the air/cool the apartment down.

9.0Die Lage war toll. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, so wie die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Ich würde wiederkommen.
