9.0the recptionist, Maphela went out of his to welcome us and to attend to every detail we enquired about, made sure our luggage was taken to our room and that everything in our room worked.
− management could have one more person to assist at the reception in early evenings.

10.0Great hotel easy access from n6, staff is wonderful, warm and helpful even helped me with my suitcases I just forgot the guys that helped me with suitcases, even changed my room as it was 2 singles and moved me to a big bed I was here before maybe 7 years ago the place has been revamped it looked great
− There is no fridge in the rooms it didnt bother me as it is winter and I was in just for one night, that thinking when I book in summer
