− Een enorme teleurstelling. Onze kamer zat vol met duizenden mieren, waardoor een normaal verblijf onmogelijk was. Er werd totaal geen service verleend, zowel niet bij het inchecken als bij het oplossen van het probleem. Na maar liefst zes keer naar de receptie te zijn gelopen, kwam er eindelijk iemand kijken. De telefoon op de kamer, waarmee je volgens het hotel de receptie 24/7 zou kunnen bereiken, werkte niet. Daardoor moesten we iedere keer opnieuw helemaal naar de receptie lopen. De manier waarop met deze klacht is omgegaan was ronduit slecht. Geen gevoel van urgentie, geen excuses en geen passende oplossing. Dit is absoluut niet het serviceniveau dat je van een hotel mag verwachten.

− Die Lage könnte besser sein, aber mit dem Taxi ist man überall schnell. Was willst du wirklich damit jetzt anfangen? Ja warum nicht?
