Nice bedrooms, location was central

− Kitchen was in very poor condition, description says there is air conditioning but there was not, had to have the windows open and there was lot of noise from the road.

Easy to find, not far off motorway and easy walk to town

− There didn't seem to be any mention of recycling for glass, so this went in general rubbish

Good place to stay for a short walking holiday or visit.

Good location for visiting Ipswich or south Suffolk. Comfortable house with three good bedrooms. Living space was well arranged and the kitchen had all of the basics you need to store or cook food. The owner was very responsive and helpful in resolving an issue that occurred on the first day.

− Location is on a busy road so there is some road noise in the rooms at the front A coffee maker or cafetiere would be a useful addition.
