7.0街の中心部に近く、多くのバス路線が使え、ロケーションが良かった。 街の騒音などが聞こえなく、静かで落ち着く環境だった。 オーナーの対応が、フレンドリー、親切で積極的で臨機応変だった。 屋内に観葉植物があって落ち着いた雰囲気だった。 ソファーのクッションとベッドの硬さが心地よかった。
− シンクと洗面台で、適度な温度と流水量の温水を出しにくい。 適切な傾斜や敷居がないのでシャワー時に床が水浸しになる。 冷蔵庫の野菜室が実用的でない。食器の種類と質が不ぞろい。食洗かごが少し不便。 クロゼットのドアが外れたり、寝室の窓がしっかり閉まらなかった。 来客時に鍵の開閉が不便。
