Check in was a breeze and professional, good communication from check in staff.

Good location and near by restaurants.

− Outdated apartment/decor we had on ground floor and a very hard outdated ugly silver vinyl lounge was extremely uncomfortable for what we paid we would of expected nicer and have comfort. A it was raining due to an upcoming cyclone the decking became slippery from moss and allot of leaves and palm leaves were in the way and were not picked up.

Very good location.

− The fridge in the unit needed to be defrosted. Some of our food went off because of fridge couldn't be kept cold enough. We had extra food due it being Christmas so that was inconvenient.

Perfect location in Palm Cove

The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne on arrival. The pool in the resort was fantastic. The location is excellent, a short walk to all restaurants along the esplanade. We loved our stay here and would highly recommended the resort.
