Café da manhã excelente, Gabriel super atencioso, localização com poluição sonora.
8.0Gostei da recepção, todos foram muito gentis, o Gabriel é ótimo e o café da manhã excelente. Fora as opções de ter um restaurante dentro caso queira almoçar ou jantar.
− A localização é em uma rodovia, não me atentei a isso qdo fiz a reserva, então existe uma poluição sonora de caminhões.

1.0− Infelizmente, nossa avaliação da pousada Trilha da Serra, não poderá ser positiva. Fizemos a reserva a mais de um mês antes da viagem, no dia anterior recebi a mensagem da proprietária perguntando sobre a reserva, eu apenas confirmei, e pelo booking a reserva estava confirmada, como já estávamos em viagem, passando por várias cidades, não vi o celular. Quando chegamos na pousada estava toda fechada, chamamos e aí a proprietária abriu e disse que não poderíamos nos hospedar porque eles não fazem check in no domingo e não tinha ninguém para fazer o café da manhã na segunda-feira. Fiquei simplesmente chocada com a atitude e a reserva havia sido cancelada pela pousada pouca antes da nossa chegada. Tivemos que sair e procurar outro lugar para ficar. A proprietária disse que foi um erro da Booking. Porque eles não trabalham no domingo.
Muito boa. Com certeza voltarei pelo custo beneficio
