− Etwas weit weg
Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Ort, um ein paar ruhige Tage zu verbringen.
7.0Sehr schöne, neue Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in den Bergen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und man kann hier wirklich entspannte, ruhige Abende verbringen. Besonders positiv ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Außerdem gibt es eine tolle Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man sich problemlos selbst etwas kochen kann. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass es oben in den Bergen ziemlich heiß werden kann, und ohne Klimaanlage ist das manchmal schwer auszuhalten. In der Trockenzeit ist die Umgebung zudem weniger grün als erwartet, daher kommt das typische Dschungelgefühl nicht ganz so stark auf.
− Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass gelegentlich Skorpione vorkommen können, auch in den Zimmern, darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein. Wichtig zu wissen ist außerdem, dass die Unterkunft relativ abgelegen liegt. Ein Auto oder Moped ist praktisch notwendig, kann aber zum Glück direkt beim Hostel ausgeliehen werden.
Tranquil stay
8.0The hostel is very calm and quiet - perfect for unwinding in nature and catching up on laptop work. A play room, hammock and upper deck for yoga are great, and kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. Carlos offers to drive people to town or down the road for the bus for an extra fee which is convenient and owners are extremely kind and helpful - gave us lots of tips and were accommodating. Beautiful surroundings, cheap laundry service.
− We stayed in the room with a bed accessed by stairs - super cute but wouldn’t recommended to anyone above 170cm as bit tricky to climb into bed. The location is very remote and you have to walk for 30 mins on gravel from where the bus drops you off. That’s fine and we knew it will be like this but feel like the hostel should try and organise free pick up for guests down the road when checking in and out as the private rooms are not cheap given the remote location. Unfortunately we were the only guests here so the hostel lacked social aspect :(
This hostel was peaceful and spacious, by far the best hostel I visited in my trip to Nicaragua.
10.0I loved the top deck and hammock level for lounging. Also the jungle views were incredible.
− A nice pan would have made cooking a little better.
Peaceful four trees lodge
10.0I love the tranquility of the place. Only nature, a great sightseeing of the Rivas mountains I've never seen before.
− Well, the only thing I didn't like was no to be recommended a trail to go and walk close to the Lodge. Hehehehe.. but it's ok. I still love the place.
