− Haus / Flur baufällig, die Gegend heruntergekommen. Die Räume sind sehr klein und haben eine niedrige Deckenhöhe, sodass es sehr erdrückend wirkt. Das sieht auf den Fotos im Internet nicht so aus. Die Küche (Spüle und Geräte) war nicht sauber. Der Balkon ist baufällig. Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet, sondern uns ein Hotel gesucht.

9.0Die stilvolle Einrichtung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Sinn für Ästhetik gemacht worden.
− Leider ist die Wohnung nicht gut ausgestattet. Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Zu dem ist die Dusche im Badezimmer nicht gut gelöst. Der Wasserstrahl setzt das Badezimmer unter Wasser. ein entspanntes Duschen war nicht möglich.
