− La stanza si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore di un edificio attiguo. Questa cosa è stata comunicata solo DOPO la prenotazione e l'ho trovato scorretto. La vista è pessima, sul palazzo di fronte e la camera non è quella rappresentata nelle foto.

10.0L’hotel è meraviglioso con una location da dieci e lode. La struttura ha mantenuto la sua architettura storica e originale che ti fanno immergere immediatamente nella cultura fiorentina, ma allo stesso tempo presenta camere moderne, pulite e curate. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più perfetta è sicuramente lo staff: gentilissimo, preparato, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza e a consigliare ristoranti, monumenti o location tipiche e imperdibili. Un particolare ringraziamento a Eleonora, che ci ha fatto sentire compresi e a casa fin dal primo momento; nella vita è raro trovare persone genuine e di cuore come lei. Sono andati tutti ben oltre il loro regolare “compito” per rendere la nostra esperienza unica e indimenticabile. Ci ricorderemo sempre di questa esperienza con un sorriso sul volto. Sicuramente torneremo a Firenze e ovviamente l’HOTEL ROMA sarà pronto ad accoglierci con un abbraccio😊
