The apartment was clean. Staff - when available - were generally very friendly and helpful. Nice views from the balcony.

− Directions given to the apartment were completely inadequate. Check-in instructions were unclear and instructions for parking involved ringing up before 7.30pm. From arriving at the location, it was a further 40 minutes of looking for the entrance, finding the parking space occupied by someone parking across two spaces and going up and down lifts and several flights of stairs with all of our luggage. Definitely the worst check in we have ever experienced. The surrounding apartments were noisy, on 2 nights having very loud parties until after 4am. We didn't get one full nights sleep during our stay. Parking arrangements are just not good enough. Spaces are too small even for a small to medium car and often either occupied, or with such inconsiderate adjacent parking as to make the space unusable. The second bedroom with bunk beds had no door and you have to go through this to the bathroom, meaning there was no privacy at all in this "room". Wi-fi is very patchy and non existent in the evenings. Mobile signal was sometimes usable and sometimes not. It's a 20 minute walk down a steep hill to town and 25 minute walk up. Parking in town is at a premium, so unless you arrive before 9am, there is none beyond the large Cervinio Ski parking at €10 per day. It usually takes around 20 minutes to pay for this as there were only 2 machines for hundreds of cars. As such, unless you get to town before 9am, it is extremely inconvenient to travel to and from the town. "Ski in Ski out" is a bit of a stretch as it means joining a sometimes closed, icy, red run at the side of a road. You need to be very confident to do this, plus a 200 yard walk up a hill with skis etc. to the apartment. I cannot, in good faith, recommend the accommodation. Although the owners and apartment staff were friendly, there are too many other issues preventing a pleasant stay.
