4.0El sistema de lliurar la clau i que hi hagi ascensor.
− Els llits són incomodíssims. Els coixins del llit són de sofà, no de llit i, per tant, no es podia descansar. No hi ha torradora. No hi ha prou culleretes. En general, falta molta neteja. Les persianes no funcionen (estan trencades). La finestra de dalt no s'obre. La tassa del water perd aigua i feia soroll tota la nit. El sofà està brut. No hi ha on deixar la tovallola del lavabo per eixugar-se les mans. Faltaria un rentavaixelles.

− Falta mucho mantenimiento, puertas de los muebles de cocina rotas, persianas que no puedes ni subir ni bajar, duchas rotas, belux rotos, colchones y almohadas muy usadas y desgastadas.

− La ropa de cama ,almohadas y toallas daban mal olor.Colchones ,almohadas y somieres malos.Sofá perdiendo la piel.Luz de habitación parpadeando continuamente.

− Das management von Lolita Flats, extrem arrogant und asozial. Werden beleidigend, wenn man die Hygiene bemängelt.

− Die Wohnung war unsauber und Sofa und Matraze war in einem Katastrophalen Zustand. Aber vorallem war die Managerin von Lolita Flats die arroganteste asozialste Person überhaupt!
