− Experiența mea la acest hotel a fost extrem de neplăcută și, din păcate, nu pot recomanda sub nicio formă această locație. În primul rând, curățenia lasă grav de dorit. Lenjeria de pat avea pete vizibile (maro și galbene), iar camerele nu păreau curățate corespunzător. Draperiile ascund, de fapt, probleme serioase – în spatele lor am descoperit mucegai, iar pe pereți erau chiar melci. De asemenea, geamurile nu se închid bine, ceea ce creează un curent puternic și face imposibilă odihna, mai ales că se aude tot zgomotul de pe scară și din exterior. Am fost nevoiți să schimbăm două camere până am ajuns într-una în care se putea dormi cât de cât. Baia este într-o stare foarte proastă: nu există geam sau ventilație, rosturile sunt pline de mucegai, pereții au pete suspecte, iar ușile sunt deteriorate și pe punctul de a cădea. Un aspect șocant este că, din camera 505, se poate vedea efectiv în camera de dedesubt, ceea ce ridică serioase probleme de siguranță și intimitate. În plus, în cameră nu aveam prosoape sau hârtie igienică. Am solicitat la recepție și ni s-a spus că vor fi aduse, însă după 30 de minute nu a venit nimeni. A trebuit să cobor personal, unde nici măcar nu eram băgat în seamă. Personalul este complet neprofesionist – dacă ai nevoie de ceva, trebuie efectiv să mergi să trezești recepționerul, care doarme. Situația parcării este la fel de problematică. Așa-zisa parcare din fața hotelului este, de fapt, o stradă blocată de mașini. Pentru a parca, trebuie să rogi recepția să mute alte mașini, iar acestea sunt înghesuite extrem de prost – mașina mea era lipită de cea din față, până la punctul în care numărul meu atingea bara celuilalt vehicul. Per total, o experiență deplorabilă. Nu înțeleg cum acest hotel este listat pe această platformă. Nu recomand sub nicio formă.
