Really bad experience.
3.0The AC was not working, the basement room smells like old house. It was hot on the 2nd floor.
− AC is not working, hard to get hold ofvthe owner.

8.0The place is relatively okay. Unfortunately, there was a storm when we checked-in which prevented us to see the view. the caretaker Ate Nancy was so helpful and took care of us.
− the heater was not working when we were there and it was cold since there was a typhoon. parking was outside the property which was an open parking thou the property was a dead end.

10.0It feels like home since most of the stuff needed is there. spacious. Provided extra bedding, too. Airconditioned. Secured for pets since it has a low clearance gate even small breeds can't run outside. And they sure delivered a view you can expect to see.
