Clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided and the view was stunning. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and bars.

Great property, clean and well decorated. Good value for money.

− No recycling facilities. No proper storage in the bedroom, so lived out of suitcases. Weird hanging thing in bedroom not enough. Drawers would gave been useful.

− Had to wait 20 mins past check in time as the room wasn’t quite ready but nothing bad.

Its close location to the seaside.

− Although quirky and authentic, some items of furniture or fittings, especially in the bathroom, were unpractical. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom and despite advertised as a property with air conditioning, there was only a tower fan in the living room. The kitchen window could not be opened. A ‘Welcome Pack’ no matter how small, always greatly appreciated.

Location and sea view; fully equipped one bedroom apartment; very clean; some nice extra touches such as beach mat, sunshade and beach towels.

− It was fine for me, but be aware that there are steps up to the front door and then further stairs to reach the apartment on the second floor.

A 10/10 stay by the sea!

We had a brilliant stay at The View. We loved the location (literally) a stone's throw away from the sea. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for a long weekend, including an equipped kitchen. Would recommend walking into Folkestone along the coastal path, if the weather is good (rather than getting the bus).
