4.0The apartment was modern.The location was good. Generally clean.
− Unbearable heat, no air-conditioning in hot summer, two rooms had a fan, but they didn't help a bit. The children's room had no fan at all!! It was a torture! The stay was suffocating, none of us could sleep at night. Lots of hair over all the sheets.

8.0Communication and cleanliness were excellent and better than expected. We were very pleased with the location.
− We were there during an event so parking was not close. This is not an issue with the host or property but is something to be aware of if you plan to take a lot of luggage during this time. Additionally, we had issues with the code to get into the property once the area filled with tourists and event goers. Cell signal is required to get in via the app/website. With all of the people in the street at night our phones did not work. We checked in during the day without issue. Again, this is not something that was a direct reflection of the property or owner and may have only been an issue the night we were there. Other people in the streets were having the same phone signal problems. This also only applied to the building exterior door. Once inside the building the apartment door was not an issue. My advice would be to boost the property Wi-Fi signal so it can be accessed from the street in case the cell signal is down in the future. This was a minor inconvenience which was worth dealing with to have the location, safety, and cleanliness of the apartment.
