The location was very good with easy access to shops and transport The Owner responded quickly to our request for an early check in. This was greatly appreciated.

− 1. Poor quality and awfully coloured bedsheets and quilt cover and pillow cases and there was a stain on the bottom half of the bedsheet. 2. Could have done with a better mattress. 3. Poor quality towels, - small and overused and almost threadbare. There was actually a hole in one provided.. 4. It would have been nice to have had a tea towel in the kitchen. 5. There were no instructions on the WiFi usage and heating. We had to message the Owner and to be fair he did respond fast. Overall, the infrastructure was good enough to turn this apartment into a very good place to stay and it was a pity that the above mentioned items affected our stay.

L’appartement est vraiment très beau, emplacement très bien, quartier rassurant. La vue magnifique.

− Néanmoins, la façon de faire pour récupérer les clés de l’appartement est très compliquée. Ça a été un gros point négatif dans notre séjour !

Small and sweet

It was lovely apartment, small and cute.

− The bed and sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable, the mattress was too soft and could feel the move between people sleeping. Bath was bit flooded as it couldn’t drain properly. Too expensive for a night stay. Overall it was a lovely apartment. Nothing too bad.

Excellent location

A kitchen with utensils so you can cook. Washer dryer for washing too. Location is excellent.

− Key collection was stressful with children. Other than that I would stay again.

Pool, Gym und Sauna im Haus. Gute Gegend, alles in der Nähe

− Schlüsselübergabe zur angekündigten Ankunftszeit hat leider nicht geklappt. Nach 1 h Warten war dann alles ok. Bisschen kompliziert und seltsam wars trotzdem. Bettwäsche für Schlafsofa sollte man vorab reservieren. Küche haben wir nicht genützt.

Easy access to the DLR, safe neighbourhood. Modern apartment.

− What the property would benefit from is providing guests with welcome information such as… a WiFi code, how to guides for the TV, the heating/cooling system, fire evacuation information. Some basics would be helpful too such as t towel, dishcloth, shampoo.
