Disappointed with the garden
7.0The host was lovely and allowed us to check out later. There was censored lights making it safer and easier to see when walking around in the dark. There was plenty of books/speakers etc. The bed in the loft room was really comfortable, and the bedding/towels were all fresh and clean.
− We originally booked this place for the beautiful garden on the photos, but it was extremely over grown, broken bits of concrete and wood, including the garden benches, and a partly collapsed fence leading to next door, which wasnt safe for the dogs. The downstairs bathroom looked and smelled a bit damp, and the bath was tiny. The stairs leading to the first floor were are really steep and unsafe. I wouldn't say it was pet friendly, especially for smaller dogs, as they could easily fit through gaps in the fencing.
Adequate but could be significantly better and much safer.
5.0Location is ideal for walking into the city centre.
− Both toilet seats were very loose and require removal and refitting. The garden from the car parking space is extremely uneven and has many potential health and safety hazards.
Every thing you need for a short stay in this lovely city.
8.0It was in the required location and was dog friendly so we were able to stay together as a family. The owner was very helpful and replied to my questions swiftly.
− There was nothing that we did not like, I would say that there is a steep flight of steps down to the front door, the rear access is level through the garden.

10.0It is ideal if you are a dog owner, as the common is only 2 minutes walk a way. The property had everything you needed and was very clean. You can walk into Lincoln Centre where there are a lot of places to eat which are dog friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

− Lounge was cold as the heading didn’t Work in the lounge. Shower temperature control was difficult to operate.
