Apartment mit top Lage aber miserablen Zustand

Die Lage und Parkplatz (wenn man mal drin ist) sind gut.

− Die Vertretung des Gastgebers bzw. der Vermittlungsstelle „BarbarHouse“ war sehr unprofessionell. Sie kam erst 1,5h nach der eigentlich möglichen Check In Zeit, was sie zwar mit der verspäteten Putzkolonne argumentiert, aber uns verärgerte. Der genaue Ort der Wohnung war ziemlich schwer zu finden, da keine Infos im voraus kamen. Außenküche und Außendusche sind sehr praktisch, die Dusche innen war dahingegen kaputt und die Toilette fiel beim benutzen immer fast auseinander. Einer der beiden Klimaanlagen war defekt, was aber verkraftbar war. Handtücher gab es keine und nicht einmal eine richtige Bettdecke/Leintuch zum zudecken. Das Bett mussten wir selbst beziehen, da das Spannlaken noch nass draußen hing bei unserer Ankunft. Wir mussten dann 150€ Kaution bezahlen, was nirgendwo stand bzw. worüber Niemand, auch booking.com nicht, zuvor informierte. In Summe ist der Preis, wenn man nur zu zweit ist, völlig überteuert. Falls ihr eine Wahl habt und nicht das die einzige Unterkunft am Strand von Rivabella ist, der, so nebenbei erwähnt, mega schön ist, nehmt eine andere.

A 10 metri dalla pineta fronte mare, ampi spazi esterni, comoda terrazza esterna con cucina

− Arredamento discreto ma non molto pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni con la lavatrice nuova ancora imballata lasciata in salotto. Appena acceso il clima questo ha iniziato a perdere acqua sulla televisione all'ingresso. Divano letto e matrimoniale da rivedere. Possibilità di parcheggiare internamente (altrimenti parcheggio teoricamente a pagamento) ma ingresso stretto (15 cm per parte con una dacia duster) e difficoltoso se chi parcheggia nei posti auto comunali mette male l'auto
