Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans cette grande maison, bien placée et au calme.
9.0Très bon emplacement pour rayonner sur le lac de Garde. Maison très grande, proche du centre ville (5 min à pied) et des plages (entre 10 et 15 min à pied selon les plages où l'on va, prévoir des chaussures d'eau car ce sont des plages de galets ou gravier). Places de parking en sous sol. Maison vraiment au calme. La ville de Garda est très agréable, ambiance station balnéaire, sans être trop grande. Hôte très agréable et serviable.

10.0Fantastic location only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Close to restaurants and the lake front, but still in a quiet secluded area. Large apartment with plenty of room for a family of 5. Great to have private parking as the area could be difficult to find a space otherwise.. The host was extremely helpful and provided plenty of info for the surrounding area.

9.0Unsere Gastgeberin Titti war einfach nur total nett, entgegenkommend und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Schon im Vorfeld hatte Sie per Whatsapp mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen, zwecks Anreise usw. Das hat ganz hervorragend funktioniert. Hinzu spricht sie fließend deutsch. Das macht es sehr einfach. Wir dürften sogar früher als geplant anreisen und sie nahm uns dann vor Ort auch persönlich in Empfang. Sie zeigte uns das schöne Haus, erklärte uns alles und die Schlüsselübergabe ging dann auch reibungslos. Es ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und helles Haus. Ein Schlafzimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss und die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Vom 1. Stock hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Bad gleich nebenan, wobei das untere keine Dusche hat. Aber das war für uns als 6er Gruppe kein Problem. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher... Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw ist auch alles vorhanden. Man braucht es also nicht mitnehmen. Wenn es einem zu heiss wird, kann man auch die Klimaanlage anschalten, dann wird das ganze Haus klimatisiert. Und vom Haus hat man sogar einen privaten Übergang runter in den Keller zum hauseigenen Parkhaus. Der Wahnsinn. Man kann dort gemütlich sein Auto abstellen und muss sich keine Gedanken machen, wo man das Auto abparkt. Das ist am Gardasee doch oft ein Problem. Man hat einen Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen und Schirm, der uns jeden Tag zum Verweilen bis in den späten Abend eingeladen hat. Das Haus liegt einfach toll. Man ist in 5 min unten am See...in den Gassen, an der Promenade...also mitten im Geschehen. In 5min zu Fuss hat man ebenfalls den Supermarkt um die Ecke. Rundum eine tolle Lage .
− Der doch ein bisschen holprige Weg zum Hauseingang ist ein bisschen versteckt und zum Teil sehr uneben mit seinen Steinplatten. Da muss man ein bisschen achtsam sein, wenn man ihn geht. Aber das war nicht wirklich ein Problem für uns. Und da wir einen so schönen Garten zum Verweilen hatten...hätte man sich gerne eine paar Liegen gewünscht. Aber auch das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Thank you 🙏 Great location 5 minute walk to the lake front and restaurants, 5 minute walk to mini supermarket. Underground parking is a bonus Private garden Large, spacious house Quiet location. All in all a great place to stay, well equipped. We left an inflatable paddling pool there 2/6/25 for other guests use.
− We found access with a baby buggy a little tricky with steps, but managed and wouldn’t stop us staying there again.
