During winter the host cannot take responsibility for snow removal and your safety on the driveway; the shovel and snow salt are available at the shield on the driveway. If you are ok with this condition, then you are more than welcome to book our property.
Guests are not allowed to use their own portable heater or portable cooler since the property has a heating/cooling system, and the host can adjust the temperature for the whole property.
Please note that the rooms are located on the ground floor and in the basement and can only be accessed via stairs.
Towels could be renewed each 72 hours after check-in time between 7 PM and 11 PM if the request is received by 5 PM the same day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
