Me cancelaron la reserva en el momento que llegamos. Dijeron que el departamento había tenido un problema de roturas y me ofrecieron otro nada que ver con el que había confirmado y a un precio más alto

Location, view, building facilities

− The reservation was not honored, we had to stay in another hotel the first day as it had been double booked. The manager announced I was supposed to pay 30% - however, I was never informed of this and you cannot pay through booking (they wanted all in cash), so l strongly recommend you get in touch with the property to confirm.
