− Kobieta strasznie niemiła i hamska. Nie wystawiła rachunku rozłącza się w trakcie rozmowy i nie odbiera telefonu. Radzę omijać szerokim łukiem.

The kitchen was well equiped.

− Extremely unprofessional experience. I had spoken to the owner/staff four times before my arrival, and not once did they mention that the apartment I had booked was no longer available. After a five-hour drive, I arrived only to find out that the apartment had already been given to someone else. When a friend came by to visit, they asked for an extra €50, which I accepted — but when I brought up the issue of being given the wrong apartment, the owner just shrugged her shoulders, as if her lack of professionalism was something I had to just accept. She eventually offered a full refund, but only at 10:30 PM, despite us being in contact as early as 10 AM. That offer came way too late to make other arrangements. To add to that, the floor was dirty, and getting in touch with staff required multiple calls just to get a response or a callback. Other than that, the rest was… acceptable. But this would never be my first choice again, and having now experienced it firsthand, I understand why they have so many bad reviews — they're well deserved.

− Our experience with this booking was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment we had booked was still occupied, and we were placed in an alternative unit. Initially, we accepted the substitute apartment, but it quickly became clear that this was a mistake. When we requested to be moved to the correct apartment, the host ignored our messages and calls. The apartment we were given lacked basic amenities—there was only one towel, and items like a shower gel, shampoo and bathrobe were missing. This was far below the standard that had been advertised, and it was a frustrating start to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. On top of this, we experienced a lack of assistance from the host. Attempts to reach her went unanswered, and when we finally managed to make contact, her response was abrupt and unhelpful, even hanging up on us. This lack of professionalism left us feeling completely disregarded as clients. On the second (and final) day of our stay, a cleaning lady informed us that we can move to the correct apartment and there was no apology or assistance offered. Overall, this experience left a sour note on our vacation, and we would not recommend this accommodation based on the lack of service, amenities, and disregard for customer satisfaction.
