2.0− After booking, we got a message to enroll to a web site to register ourselves. The process of registration is not easy it took 45 min; they ask you scans of passport, ID, and a SELFIE! The key of the apartment was NOT working, the host was not there. It took 30 min to open the second door and we could NOT lock it back. The owner did not care. The booking was made for 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds; BUT THERE WERE ONLY ONE BED! the owner insisted that the anounnciemt was true, but it was not. One of us had to sleep in the sofa bed. The owner said that he will send linens and never did! The kettle was not working and teh owner did not care.
