7.0The view is breathtaking, the Wi-Fi is great, the bed is unbelievably comfortable, there’s a jacuzzi, and it’s super close to a tram stop.
− They initially wanted us to go to a specific location, about 23 minutes (walking) from the hotel, to pick up the key card — and then do the same thing again during check-out. Thankfully, one staff member understood that this wouldn’t be possible for us, since we arrived exhausted and would be leaving in the middle of the night. They ended up meeting us at the hotel to deliver the key card, and we were able to leave it inside the room during check-out.

− Bin in room was way too small. Would have been better to have a bigger one. Also confusing where the bins in basement were. I put in skip but they aren’t labeled as to what goes where.
