10.0This apartment is conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from Brickell City Centre, with the Financial District Metromover station nearby and Brickell Metrorail station a bit further away. The building itself offers excellent amenities, including a 24/7 CVS Pharmacy and a 7-Eleven on-site. Situated on the 28th floor, the apartment provides stunning views. On the 14th floor, residents can enjoy access to a 24/7 gym (except for the weight room, which is open from 8 AM to 11 PM), a pool available from sunrise to sunset, a laundry room, and a game room. Parking in the garage is also available upon request, making it convenient for those with a vehicle. Security is top-notch, as no one can enter the building without a key fob, and the reception desk operates 24/7. This apartment offers exceptional value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.
