5.0It was spacious, fairly clean and handy for shops
− Despite reporting several times that the heating wasn't working and being promised to be fixed they left us for 5 nights freezing cold, they answered messages fairly quickly but did nothing to resolve, this wasn't helped by the sash windows letting in a draft , the bedding felt damp because it was so cold, I had to go out and buy 2 small heaters xmas eve at a cost of £120 just to warm the lounge slightly then slept in there as it was too cold to use bedrooms. Please also note this apartment is no good if you have mobility issues as there are 2 steep flights of stairs to the door. It's right, above a busy pub and the windows don't keep any sound out. The tv is difficult to set up but we did manage. On the plus it is a good sized apartment, there is a bath as well as a shower and the kitchen is well stocked.
Perfect for a birthday weekend
8.0It was very warm, cosy, perfect for a young couple who wants the break away as it was nice and quiet too on a night time
− Wasn’t the cleanest in some places and the washing machine was flooded

3.0Nice size flat , had potential but severely let down.
− Place was very dirty , had to buy cleaning products when first arrived. Bathroom had a bad sewage smell, and there was a towel that had a big toothpaste mark on it. Toilet wasn't properly cleaned at all, it was disgusting. Bed linen was dirty , had to buy linen from shop , actually quite disturbing. Kitchen facilities was very poor, no knives! The one tea towel was dirty. The whole place was not cleaned properly. Moved to flat 5 from flat 3 , I dunno what's that about. I won't be returning there again. Cost me loads in cleaning products , linen, tea towels, kitchen utensils from charity shops.
