booking最差的订房体验，没有形成有效预定单，却误导客户
1.0− 我这里的评价是针对booking.com而不是酒店的，实际上由于booking的问题，根本就没有在酒店形成订单，等我半夜10:30达到六点之后才发现这是一个不存在的订单，打电话与Booking的工作人员联系，一口咬定booking有订单，等他们和酒店联系之后，就给了我一个电话，说没有房间了。没有任何的解决诚意，没有赔偿。我只好大半夜通过另外一家代理订了一个1公里左右的酒店。这是我使用booking长达20年历史上最糟糕的经历。以往如果代理发现有问题一定会通过他们的渠道进行解决的，而booking的处理方式就是与他们无关了。这样的代理，我只能以后抛弃了，希望更多的客户可以认清他们的服务有多么糟糕。订房不可靠，还是远离为好。
