basic room, AC is not cooling, works like fan only but it is OK for me
7.0reception staff are fantastic at Marshal hotel at the station, Mr M Ashraf was a very respected person, very polite and very helpful, I would use the same hotel again if I'm back to Mansoura again just because of him
− kitchen staff need more training to learn how to deal with clients, they over charged me for a simple coffee in the morning, I stayed 6 days and every day charged with different price, some days 60 Egyptian pound and some days 45 pound.
